Vice President, Benefit Relations
Tim brings more than two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and product development for companies like Verizon and AT&T. He joined the SRC team in 2016 and helped set up and launch the first contact center. Now, Tim concentrates on marketing and working with established and new partners for the Free College Benefit program.
Tim’s creativity, passion, and commitment to the Student Resource Center mission are evident in improving the student experience or promoting partner brand awareness. His benefit relations role enables him to engage directly with potential students, showing them that a college education is not beyond reach. Tim is driven by the gratitude and relief expressed by students he has interacted with during his four years at the Student Resource center, like the widowed father who learned all four of his children would qualify for the Free College Benefit. Supporting students and their families are what motivates Tim to approach each day with enthusiasm and energy.
With the student always in mind, Tim continually evolves the Student Resource Center’s marketing strategy. Currently, Tim develops virtual platforms to provide enrollment opportunities for potential students interested in online learning. Tim also oversees more than 40 client websites that connect students directly to the Student Service Center and provide an important first impression of the Free College Benefit.
Tim is an avid boater and scuba driver. He lives in Rhode Island with his wife, Angela, and son, Hunter.
